Engineering

Cylinder Heads

• Replace valve seats for lead free running.

• Reclaim worn bearing housings with bronze inserts.

• Bead blast,Helecoil & Top hat thread inserts.

• Rebore with honed finnish,or reline.

• Fin repairs ,bead blast & stove enameling.

Crankshafts

Restorations

• Stove Enamelling,all frames and parts are shot blasted prior to painting

• Frame repairs,including repairs to centre stand lugs and replacing missing brackets through to frame straightening.

• Wheel building,using zinc plated or stainless spokes.
